Provisión del empleo. La provisión del empleo se hará por la autoridad nominadora entre los cinco (5) primeros de la lista de elegibles. Si el seleccionado no aceptare el cargo o no tomare posesión del empleo en los términos previstos en la ley, será revocado el nombramiento y retirado de la lista de elegibles.
