Redúcese en un (1) punto porcentual las tasas de interés que cobran actualmente las Corporaciones de Ahorro y Vivienda sobre los préstamos otorgados con anterioridad a la vigencia del presente Decreto. Así mismo redúcese en un (1) punto porcentual las tasas de interés previstas en el artículo 12 del Decreto 1325 de 1983 respecto de los créditos que otorguen, a partir de la vigencia del presente Decreto, las Corporaciones de Ahorro y Vivienda.
