"Articulo 52. Demoras y responsabilidad. Los Administradores no serán responsables por demoras en recibo y despacho de naves, carros ferroviarios, camiones, etc., ni por el manejo de carga procedente o con destino a tales medios de transporte, por causa de huelgas, desordenes o cuando se encuentre turbado el orden público, fuerza mayor o por distintos motivos que estén fuera del control de los Administradores.
