Art 1.° Suprímese la Sección de Hacienda creada en la Tesorería general de la República por decreto número 1,007 de 1888, con excepción del Subjefe, el cual, con la denominación de "Oficial" y con el sueldo de que actualmente disfruta, pasará á servir en la Administración departamental de Hacienda nacional de Cundinamarca.
