Señálase el 23 de abril, aniversario de la muerte de Cervantes, para recordar al autor del "Quijote" y rendir culto al idioma. Todos los establecimientos docentes, públicos y privados, conmemorarán esta fecha.

El Ministerio de Educación Nacional remitirá cada año sendos ejemplares del "Quijote" a los institutos oficiales de enseñanza secundaria y normalista, para que sean entregados en dicho día como premio al mejor alumno de lengua castellana.
