Los fondos que por concepto de las participaciones a que se refiere el artículo anterior , ingresen a las Unidades Militares o de Policía, se administrarán de conformidad con lo previsto en el Decreto - Ley número 2350 de 1971 y se destinarán a los fines determinados en dicho Decreto, con sujeción a las normas de fiscalización establecidas por la Contraloría General de al República .
