Las personas naturales o jurídicas que no cumplan con la obligación de dar las informaciones a que se refieren los Artículos 2º del Decreto número 2332 de 1947 y 1º y 2º del presente, serán sancionadas por el Ministerio de Comercio e Industrias con multas sucesivas de $10 a $500. En iguales sanciones incurrirán las personas naturales o jurídicas que emplearen como representantes, vendedores o agentes viajeros a personas que no tengan la correspondiente licencia.
