Representación Legal. La representación legal de la Caja de Previsión Social de Comunicaciones, Caprecom, estará a cargo de un Director General quien será agente del Presidente de la República, de su libre nombramiento y remoción.

Sus funciones son las fijadas por la ley y sus estatutos.
