°. Son funciones del Secretario General

Asesorar al Superintendente Bancario en la adopción de la política o planes de acción de la Superintendencia Bancaria.

Asistir al Superintendente Bancario en sus relaciones con los demás organismos, y mantenerlo informado de la situación de los proyectos que se relacionen con las actividades propias de la Superintendencia Bancaria.

Atender al funcionamiento y organización del Despacho, del Superintendente.

Autorizar con su firma lo sactos que se le señalen, de conformidad con las normas legales vigentes.

Las demás que le fije el Superintendente Bancario. Despacho del Superintendente Primer Delegado.
