En el caso de que se siga un juicio Administrativo ante un Tribunal Seccional en que tengan intereses opuestos un Departamento y un Municipio, el Fiscal debe defender los intereses del primero, y lo propio debe hacer tratándose de una Intendencia o una Comisaría.
