º . Para ejercer las acciones contempladas en los literales a) y b) del artículo 1º de este Decreto, el interesado deberá presentar su reclamación, incluyendo la liquidación pretendida, dentro del término de tres (3) meses contados a partir del día siguiente de la cancelación del manifiesto, aportando la documentación pertinente.
