º Competencia territorial . El Centro con sujeción a la política y programas del sector del cual forma parte y a la naturaleza de sus actividades, podrá extender, conforme a estos estatutos, su acción a todas las regiones del país, creando unidades o dependencias seccionales que podrán corresponder o no con la división política del territorio nacional. Además buscará la coordinación e integración de sus actividades con las de los departamentos y otras entidades territoriales cuando se trate de servicios similares.
