Artículo primero. Se aumentarán de conformidad con el artículo primero de la Ley 10ª de 1972, las siguientes pensiones: Las que estén siendo pagadas directamente por los empleadores privados, sean éstos personas naturales o jurídicas; Las que estén siendo pagadas por el Instituto Colombiano de Seguros Sociales (ICSS) Las parciales que contempla el artículo 8º de la Ley 171 de 1961; Las parciales que señala el artículo 278 del Código Sustantivo del Trabajo, en sus literales b) y c); Las reconocidas post morten a que se refiere el artículo 275 del Código Sustantivo del Trabajo.

El aumento de que trata este artículo se pagan a partir del 1º de enero de 1973
