La convocatoria de las sesiones extraordinarias deberán hacerse mediante citación escrita a cada uno de los miembros de la junta, enviada a la dirección que hayan dado para tal objeto. La asistencia de la totalidad de los miembros de la junta a una sesión extraordinaria suple cualquier deficiencia, si la hubiere, en la convocatoria.
