CALIFICACION DE LA INVALIDEZ. La calificación de la invalidez se hará por las autoridades médicas del respectivo organismo que preste asistencia médica al empleado o trabajador. En caso de inconformidad por parte del empleado o trabajador o de la entidad respectiva, la calificación la hará el Ministerio de Trabajo y Seguridad Social.
