Article 3

Para Ser Nombrado Agregado Militar, El Oficial Deberá Reunir Los Siguientes Requisitos: A) Tener El Grado De Oficial General O De Insignia, Coronel O Capitán De Navío, Teniente Coronel O Capitán De Fragata

º. Para ser nombrado Agregado Militar, el Oficial deberá reunir los siguientes requisitos

a)

Tener el grado de Oficial General o de Insignia, Coronel o Capitán de Navío, Teniente Coronel o Capitán de Fragata.

b)

Estar escalafonado como Oficial de Estado Mayor;

c)

Estar clasificado en lista 1 o 2 de que trata el reglamento de Calificación y Clasificación de las Fuerzas Militares.

d)

En caso de ser casado, que la cónyuge no tenga la nacionalidad del país ante el cual va a ser acreditado.
