"Artículo 38. Equipajes. Según las tarifas que fijan estos Reglamentos, habrá un cargue por cada pieza de equipaje que se maneje por el terminal, que se hará efectivo a las agencias que se encarguen de recibir a entregar dicho equipaje al terminal. Sin embargo, no habrá ningún cargo por equipaje de mano que acompañe a los pasajeros. El bodegaje se cobrara a razón de la tarifa que fijan los reglamentos.
