º. Objeto. En caso de presentarse solicitudes para minerales diferentes que se superpongan totalmente a un título minero que cuente con Programa de Trabajos e Inversiones PTI o Programa de Trabajos y Obras PTO debidamente aprobados, en los que se haya definido claramente el mineral objeto de la explotación, se llevará a cabo la audiencia a que se refiere el artículo 63 del Código de Minas, teniendo en cuenta el procedimiento que se señala en el presente decreto.
