º Por el Ministerio de Hacienda se formularán los detalles e instrucciones necesarios para la fabricación de las máquinas cuya adopción sea preciso contratar, y se proveerá de ellas a las oficinas enunciadas en el artículo anterior, así como también de los demás accesorios que la implantación del sistema requiera.
