° Para conformar por primera vez los Consejos Superior, Académico y de Facultad o de Unidad de las instituciones universitarias y tecnológicas de carácter oficial, se atenderá a lo dispuesto por el presente Decreto. La integración del Consejo Directivo de los Colegios Mayores de que trata el Decreto extraordinario número 83 de 1980, se regirá por las normas especiales que para el efecto se expidan posteriormente.
