La Comisión de Regulación en Salud (CRES) deberá incluir en los planes de beneficios del Régimen Contributivo y del Régimen Subsidiado la cobertura de la epilepsia, mediante la adopción de guía y protocolos que prevean los procedimientos, medicamentos y demás servicios de salud, que se requieran para el tratamiento de esta patología.
