Art. 3.° Tanto el Ajente jeneral como los principales pueden exijir de sus subalternos las fianzas que crean necesarias en razon del manejo que los mismos subalternos tengan ; i al efecto, se observará lo dispuesto en el artículo 2.° del decreto de 31 de octubre de 1861, sobre fianzas.
