Cesación de la invalidez. Sin perjuicio de las sanciones legales correspondientes, en cualquier tiempo, cuando se le pruebe a la Junta de Calificación de Invalidez que ha cesado o no ha existido el estado de invalidez del afiliado, del pensionado por invalidez, o del beneficiario inválido, ésta así lo determinará.
