Artículo octavo. Visitas de Inspección técnica o administrativa. El presidente de la República podrá ordenar conforme a las disposiciones del Decreto 146 de 1976, visitas de inspección técnica o administrativa al Fondo y éste deberá suministrar todas las informaciones que para tal fin se le soliciten.
