Transferencia a la Agencia Nacional de Tierras (ANT). La Unidad para la Atención y Reparación a las Víctimas (UARIV) podrá realizar la transferencia del derecho real de dominio de los bienes inmuebles rurales extintos o que cuenten con medida cautelar dentro del proceso de extinción de dominio a la Agencia Nacional de Tierras (ANT), mediante compra directa, siempre que se cumplan las condiciones del artículo 2.2.5.1.4.6.2. de este decreto.

Parágrafo 1

La Unidad Administrativa Especial para la Atención y Reparación Integral a las Víctimas (UARIV) determinará los bienes que conformarán el inventario a postular de que tratar el artículo 2.2.5.1.4.6.4.3, excluyendo siempre aquellos sobre los cuales se haya radicado formalmente una solicitud de restitución en el proceso judicial correspondiente.
