° El Jefe, el Subjefe y el Secretario de la Comisión colombiana demarcadora de la frontera con el Brasil, se pondrán en marcha a la mayor brevedad posible, con el fin de instalar, en asocio del Jefe, el Subjefe y el Secretario de la Comisión brasilera, en la ciudad de Río de Janeiro, la Comisión Mixta de que tratan los considerandos del presente Decreto.
