La Empresa Intendencial de Servicios Públicos de San Andrés atenderá en el futuro en el territorio del Archipiélago los servicios públicos que le sean asignados por el Consejo Intendencial y seguirá gozando de las rentas, aportes y auxilios que le hayan sido otorgados. El Consejo Intendencial procederá a darle la naturaleza y a disponer de los derechos y obligaciones que deba asumir, de acuerdo con las disposiciones de la presente Ley.
