Artículo primero. La Caja de Crédito Agrario, Industrial y Minero, como Liquidadora del Instituto de Colonización e Inmigración, procederá a ceder y entregar al Ministerio de Educación Nacional con destino a la dotación del Internado Agrícola de Candelilla, La Espriella (Nariño), bajo la dirección del Ilustrísimo señor Prefecto Apostólico de Tumaco, un tractor Caterpillar D-7, un jeep y una lancha con dos motores fuera de borda, existentes en el Centro de Colonización del rio Mira, según inventario, quedando facultada dicha Caja para registrar la contabilización correspondiente.
