Art. 3. ° Esta seccion se divide en dos grupos que comandarán respectivamente el Inspector i el Ayudante, compuestos de los subalternos que el Inspector designe. Uno de los grupos permanecerá en Calamar con el Inspector, quien designará el punto en que deba situarse el otro en la ribiera opuesta del rio Magdalena.
