Del plan de adquisiciones de bienes, servicios y obra pública. Las entidades publicarán en el Secop anualmente, a más tardar el 31 de enero de cada vigencia fiscal, el respectivo plan de adquisiciones de bienes, servicios y obra pública. La Agencia Nacional de Contratación Pública Colombia Compra Eficiente establecerá el formulario único que las entidades deban utilizar para estos efectos, la información que deba relacionarse en el mismo y los parámetros para su actualización y ajuste.
