Los nuevos Magistrados, creados en virtud de la presente Ley, serán elegidos para el resto del periodo legal, a partir del 1° de julio, fecha para la cual serán también elegidos los nuevos Jueces y los Fiscales de que habla esta Ley.

Parágrafo

Créanse los empleos de subalternos de cada uno de los Magistrados, Jueces y Fiscales, de que habla esta Ley, de conformidad con el Decreto número 1714 de 1936.
