Corresponde al Fondo Nacional de Proyectos de Desarrollo, FONADE, verificar las fichas EBI correspondientes a todos Has proyectos que se encuentren en estado de preinversión, de acuerdo con la clasificación que se establece en el artículo 26 de este Decreto con el fin de efectuar el mismo control que se establece en el artículo 13 del mismo.
