Imposición de las sanciones. Las sanciones a que se refieren los dos artículos ante riores, serán impuestas por el funcionario que adelante el proceso o cumpla la comisión, mediante resolución motivada inapelable, con base en el informe que bajo juramento le rinda el Secretario.
