Notificación demandas. En las demandas que se ventilen ante las jurisdicciones Civil, Laboral, Contencioso Administrativa y demás autoridades de la República que interesen al Ministerio de Defensa o a la Policía Nacional, la admisión de las mismas deberá ser notificada personalmente al Secretario General del Ministerio o al Director General de la Policía, según el caso, quienes podrán constituir apoderado, sin perjuicio de las funciones que correspondan a los Agentes del Ministerio Público.
