Articulo segundo . El pago de las asignaciones señaladas en el presente Decreto, se imputará al articulo 394 Capitulo 35 del Decreto número 3756 de 1954, Presupuesto Nacional de Rentas y Gastos, articulo 7.° del Decreto número 5 de 1955 (enero 24) presupuesto de- la Superintendencia Bancaria para el primer semestre del año en curso.
