Artículo tercero. Con base en los datos individuales del personal registrado, se organizará un fichero en cada uno de las Secretarías de Educación.
El fichero a que se refiere el artículo anterior actualizará anualmente con las novedades que se presentan en el personal docente. Comuníquese y publíquese.
