º. Los individuos de que trata el ordinal b) del artículo 2º de este Decreto habrán de solicitar la licencia correspondiente ante la Junta Seccional del respectivo Departamento. Dichas Juntas Seccionales someterán sus providencias a la aprobación de la Junta Central.
