º . La Junta Nacional de Pesas y Medidas, de que trata el artículo 72 del Decreto numero 956 de 1931, será presidida por el Director del Departamento de Comercio e Industrias, y sus miembros serán designados por el Ministerio de la Economía Nacional, de ternas presentadas para cada una de las siguientes entidades: Sociedad de Agricultores de Colombia. Sociedad Colombiana de Ingenieros. Cámara de Comercio de Bogotá.

Parágrafo

Los miembros de dicha Junta ejercerán sus funciones por el término de un año. Para este efecto, las entidades antes mencionadas enviarán las ternas respectivas antes del 15 de agosto del correspondiente año.
