Artículo único. Disminúyese en la cantidad de tres mil pesos ($ 3,000) la apropiación de seis mil pesos ($ 6,000) destinada "para pagar el auxilio mensual del Instituto de San Bernardo," y auméntase en la misma suma la partida señalada para "estudios de regadíos en el país."
