Artículo vigesimoséptimo. La comisión liquidadora tendrá la representación legal de la sociedad mutuaria. Las discrepancias que se su susciten entre sus miembros, serán resucitador por el Departamento Administrativo Nacional de Cooperativas. Dicha comisión estará compuesta por dos o tres liquidadores a juicio de a asamblea general o del Departamento Administrativo Nacional de Cooperativas, según el caso.
