Artículo sexto. Las sumas de que tratan los artículos 1º y 6º de la Ley 198 de 1959, serán incluidas dentro del Presupuesto del Ministerio de Salud Pública, el cual las integrará al Consejo Nacional de Medicina, el que se encargará de su inversión, ciñéndose a las normas y sistemas de control fiscal vigentes y a las que para el efecto dicte la Contraloría General de la República.
