La insolvencia declarada del arrendatario no pone fin necesariamente al arriendo.
El acreedor o acreedores podrán sustituirse al arrendatario, prestando fianza a satisfaccion del arrendador.
No siendo así, el arrendador tendrá derecho para dar por concluido el arrendamiento; i le competerá accion de perjuicios contra el arrendatario, segun las reglas jenerales.
