Ley 43 de 1874 · Que autoriza al Poder Ejecutivo para someter una reclamación de los Estados Unidos de América a la decisión de árbitros

Art. único. Autorízase al Poder Ejecutivo para celebrar con el Gobierno de los Estados Unidos de América un convenio con el fin de someter a la decisión de árbitros la reclamacion que dicho Gobierno ha intentado contra el de Colombia por la captura del vapor " Montejo," verificada en aguas nacionales en el mes de abril de 1871 por Tomas Herrera i otros individuos del Estado de Panamá.

Parágrafo

El convenio que se celebre podrá llevarse a efecto sin necesidad de posterior aprobación del Congreso.
