Los terrenos que se expropien quedaran de propiedad del Municipio de Puerto Salgar, con excepción de aquellos en los cuales se hayan efectuado construcciones particulares. Estos serán vendidos a precio de costo, y por el sistema de amortización gradual, a los actuales propietarios de dichas construcciones.
