Del jefe del organismo o entidad . Para los efectos de aplicación de las diversas disposiciones del Decreto 222 de 1983, se entiende como jefe del organismo y jefe de la entidad, el respectivo ministro, jefe de departamento administrativo y director, gerente o presidente de establecimiento público, empresa industrial o comercial del Estado y sociedad de economía mixta.
