Órganos de control adicionales Además de los órganos e instancias enunciadas, los Sujetos Obligados pueden establecer otras adicionales encargadas de efectuar una evaluación del cumplimiento y efectividad del Sistema de Autocontrol y Gestión de Riesgos LA/FT/FP y C/ST y su política adoptada por la junta directiva o el máximo órgano social, conforme fuera aplicable.
