Prestará mérito ejecutivo ante la jurisdicción ordinaria, para el cobro de los aportes ordinarios o extraordinarios que los asociados adeuden a la cooperativa, la certificación que expida ésta en que conste la causa y la liquidación de la deuda, con la constancia de su notificación en la forma prescrita en los reglamentos de la cooperativa.
