Los empleados de la Empresa que recauden o manejen fondos o tengan a su cargo el manejo y custodia de bienes, elementos o equipos, serán responsables de ellos en las mismas condiciones de los empleados nacionales de manejo, y estarán sometidos a las mismas obligaciones de éstos a las disposiciones fiscales y a los reglamentos de la Contraloría General de la República.
