El funcionario del registro del estado civil conservará las hojas complementarias, que archivará y legajará en orden continúo, numérico y cronológico, y encuadernará al final de cada año-calendario. Mensualmente enviará a la oficina central y al Instituto de Bienestar Familiar, relación completa de las hojas adicionales a los folios de registro de nacimiento.
