Del presupuesto para la operación. Para la financiación de los gastos de operación se destinará hasta el cero punto cinco por ciento (0,5%) de los recursos administrados con situación de fondos y el presupuesto de ingresos y gastos se estructurará con base en lo establecido en el Título 3 de la Parte 8 del Libro 2 del Decreto 1068 de 2015 y las demás normas que los modifiquen o sustituyan. Estos recursos no afectarán los de propiedad de las entidades territoriales.
